Basically, the shipping cost calculation is available to you if you have something in your shopping cart.
Delivery is made within Germany and to the following countries. Self-collection is not possible for logistical reasons.
Deliveries within Germany (including VAT):
We ship with Deutsche Post for 1,99€ (Warenpost 3,99€) and with DHL for 7,99€ per order.
Unless otherwise stated in the item description, the delivery of the goods in Germany with Deutsche Post and DHL within 2-3 business days.
Deliveries abroad (including statutory VAT):
ATTENTION! Repair acceptance from Switzerland, UK and non-EU states only under certain conditions. For this see in FAQ under point "Are repairs from non-EU countries accepted?".
We calculate the shipping costs to foreign countries as follows.
Within EU:
Deutsche Post: 4,99€ - 7,99€ (delivery time 4-7 working days)
DHL: 13,99€ - 26,99€ (transit time 4-7 working days)
Europe (non-EU countries):
Deutsche Post: 4,99€ - 7,99€ (transit time 6-14 working days)
DHL: 39€ (transit time 6-14 working days)
Worldwide:
Deutsche Post: 4,99€ - 7,99€ (transit time 14-30 working days)
DHL: on request
